Workout Wednesday: Sha’carri Richardson Runs Early-Season Intervals


On a workout trip in Dallas, we caught up with three-time UIL track and field champion and LSU signee Sha'carri RichardsonRichardson was running an over distance workout with her Dallas Carter teammates.

She's the fastest returning 100m sprinter in the nation with her time of 11.28, which she ran to win last year's UIL track and field championshipRichardson was also part of last year's Pan-American Junior Athletics Championships gold medal 4x100 team, which ran 44.07.
