Kentucky is owned exclusively by rising sophomore distance runner Gabby Karas with nine state titles already. Last year included her first of potentially 3 more future Foot Locker Nationals berths after a 17:07 5K PR run for fourth place at the Foot Locker South Regional. Karas is looking to build upon her 25th place first national race experience, while maintaining her dominance in-state. In the past outdoor track season, Karas achieved new PR's of 2:14 in the 800, 4:53 in the 1600, and 10:42 in the 3200.
