In the girls' 2-mile, Addison Ritzenhein dominated with a U.S. No. 1 time of 10:00.11, leading a historically deep race where Mia Sirois (10:04.02), Tsadia Bercuvitz (10:04.42), and Lily Alder (10:06.75) all secured top-10 national rankings. Santiago Corona's Distance Medley Relay team claimed the U.S. No. 1 ranking, running 11:37.35 to take the title.
