The Dr. Sanders Scorcher at The Armory in New York City delivered thrilling performances, with athletes achieving personal bests and setting some of the fastest times in the nation this season. Jordaine Johnson dominated the 400m dash, clocking a U.S. #5 time of 47.07. His victory by over a second marked a 0.22-second personal best and a remarkable two-second improvement in his indoor 400m PR compared to last season. Luke Pash impressed in the 800m, running a U.S. #10 time of 1:53.23 and winning by more than 3.5 seconds. The 1000m race was the second-fastest of the season, trailing only the VA Showcase, with three athletes posting U.S. top ten times. Trent Daniels led the charge with a U.S. #5 time of 2:26.88, closely followed by Claudel "Marc" Chery at U.S. #8 (2:28.18) and Henry Birge at U.S. #10 (2:29.02).

On the girls' side, the 1000m saw nine of the top 15 times in the nation recorded, with six athletes running under 2:50 and three more under 2:52. Sophia McInnes led the way, setting a U.S. #1 time of 2:45.61, winning by nearly three seconds. Her time ranks #12 all-time for the indoor 1000m. Malina Santee followed with a U.S. #2 time of 2:48.34, ranking 37th all-time. In the distance medley relay, the Shenendehowa team of Courtney Krawiecki, Kaitlin Spinner, Riley Lynch, and Leyla Bhusri ran a U.S. #1 time of 12:01.67, shattering the previous top time by over 13 seconds. Cornwalls team of Olivia Cibirka, Madeline Larkin, Sophia Semo, and Noemi Goitia wasn't far behind, clocking a U.S. #2 time of 12:06.66. The Dr. Sanders Scorcher delivered standout performances, cementing its place as one of the premier indoor meets of the season.
