Owen Powell, Mercer Island (Wash.): The star senior for Mercer Island kept his undefeated season alive at his conference championship, winning the meet for the third year in a row with a time of 15:31.50 and helping the Mercer Island boys team win with an almost perfect score of 17 points.
Ryin Miller, Seaman (Kans.): Dominating her regional for the second year in a row, Miller won with a time of 17:05.92 to defend her title with a huge margin of victory of 91 seconds. Miller has now won all eight competitions she has entered this fall.
TJ Hansen, Freeland (Mich.): Hansen has now put together win streaks of six in a row to begin his season and now four a a row after a second place finish at the Nike XC Town Twilight meet after winning his regional meet with a time of 15:32.82. This was his fourth straight victory at the MHSAA LP Region 15-12 meet.
Tsadia Bercuvitz, Ithaca (N.Y.): The star sophomore for Ithaca went out and dominated at the STAC Invite, winning by almost two minutes with a time of 17:52.40, to stay undefeated on the season. Berzuvitz also ranks as the #12 runner amongst her class this season.
Fiona King, Northport (N.Y.): King secured what was arguably the biggest win of her career at the Section XI Division XC Championships in New York, taking down the three time reigning champions Zariel Macchia with a time of 18:35.30, winning by over 20 seconds. She is still undefeated this season, winning all five meets she has entered.
Helen Sachs, Holland West Ottawa (Mich.): Sachs stayed undefeated on the season, winning her eighth straight meet at the MHSAA LP Region 01-1 with a time of 17:32.77, winning by 24 seconds.
Ella Hagen, Summit (Colo.): Hagen won the Colorado 4A Region 1 Championship for the third straight year, dominating yet again with a time of 17:25.70. Her margin of victory at the regional championships for her three victories has been 75 seconds.
