20. Rockhurst (MO)
- - -
Analysis: Over the last decade, Rockhurst has been a staple of Missouri cross country and has consistently been one of the best teams throughout the Midwest. After coming within eight points of taking down Rock Bridge last year at the Class 5 State Championships, the Hawklets return their top four finishers from 2023 and are on a mission to take back the Missouri throne. Henry Acorn is the fearless senior leader at the helm, and his PB of 15:07 makes him one of the most lethal frontrunners of any team on this list.
At the NXR Midwest regional last November, Rockhurst was eighth overall and the second-best team from Missouri, and they're one of the few teams that are bringing back a good chunk of their key pieces. Even in the midst of a loaded regional, the sky is the limit for the Hawklets.
