2023 Notable XC Finishes: Ran a PR of 15:27 in the 5K at Bergen County/Lou Molino MOCs, finished 7th at the NJSIAA Meet of Champions, 5th at the Nike Cross Nationals Northeast Regional and 33rd at Nike Cross Nationals.
Analysis: Pash had a spectacular 2023 cross country season that saw him go on a streak of five straight meet victories in the middle of the season, before notching strong performances of 3rd at the NJSIAA Group Championships, 7th at the NJSIAA Meet of Champions (improving from 73rd in 2022), 5th at the Nike Cross Nationals Northeast Regional and 33rd at Nike Cross Nationals.
After a strong cross country season, Pash shattered expectations in the spring, becoming one of the nation's best 1600m runners, finishing the outdoor season ranked as the 14th ranked runner nationally with a time of 4:04.49. He also had a 1600m split of 4:02.24 in the DMR at New Balance Nationals and is one of just three runners in New Jersey state history to run sub 9 minutes in the 3200m and sub 4:05 in the 1600m.
