Analysis: In 2022, Conde De Frakenberg continued to add successful marks and performances to her resume. 

At the UIL 5A Cross Country Championships in the fall, Conde De Frakenberg finished as the runner up and will return this 2023 season as the top returner. 

She broke 17 minutes for 5K in her second meet of the season when she ran a personal best of 16:56 from the FEAST Patriot meet.

Last year, she competed at both at NXN and Champs Sports Nationals. She won the title at NXR South Regional Championships and was the runner up at the Champs South Regional. Respectfully she finished in the top 15 in both competitions. In Oregon, as a junior, Conde De Frankenberg was the sixth and was 13th in California.

During the spring, the rising senior finished with a season best of 2:11 in the 800m and 10:43 in the 3,200m. She capped off the 2023 spring season at the Pan American U20 Championships where she finished seventh in the 800m and fourth in the 1,500m.
