Performance: Harris' inclusion in the Future Stars watch list makes it two straight weeks for the Louisiana talent.
But it's well deserving.
Makeriah pocketed an overall all conditions personal best time of 13.58w (+3.8) in the 100mH at the Texas Relays over the weekend, finishing third overall in the field beside Simone Ballard and Jaiya Covington. Better yet, dropped her first sub-41 in the 300mH, going 40.76 to finish second to Ballard again.
Both performances put her high up on the pekking order. Her 100mH wind-aided mark was No. 1 for sophomores, while her 300mH was also No. 1 in the class and No. 2 overall in the country.
