Outside of Tallahassee Leon's (FL) Patrick Koon, who we wrote about earlier, Luke Athay has the best underclassmen speed rating in the nation.
The sophomore ran a 16:12.4 to win the Cardinal Classic on September 4th, earning a 182 from TullyRunners. He also opened his season with a 2-mile at the Madison Dash on August 26.
