We caught up with University of Washington commit Nathan Green and the Borah Lions for a Workout Wednesday. The team had to adjust from their original workout plans because of heavy smoke in the area from the wildfires across the Northwest. The workout was a fartlek style run with core in the high school's old gymnasium.
Green opened up his season with a win at the Capital Borah Dual just two days after this workout. He ran a 15:49.48, which was given a 188-speed rating.
