Girls Heptathlon
Why: Valor Christian's Ann Hall is one of the best multi-event athletes in the nation. At New Balance Nationals Indoor Hall grabbed the junior class national record in the pentathlon scoring 4,054 points. The title was her second straight consecutive indoor pentathlon national title. Last summer in the heptathlon she placed second at New Balance Nationals Outdoor scoring 4,926 behind East Lake High School senior Kaitlyn Kirby.
Hall will have some tough competition going up against Marietta High School's Sterling Lester (3976)
who was only 289 points behind Hall in the pentathlon at New Balance Nationals Indoor.
