Vladic, a junior at Billings (Montana) High, crossed the finish in 18:08.
Thorvaldson's time on the course is within striking distance of Jackson Hole graduate Anna Gibson's course record of 17:35, which she accomplished in 2016. Gibson enrolled at Brown University in the fall.
