Analysis: Roe finished 82nd at NXN a year ago, sixth at NXN Northwest, and won her WIAA class 4A championship in 17:34.10. She lost just one regular season meet, at the Nike Hole in the Wall Invite, although she ran a PB of 17:21.60. Her wins including a Northwest District Championship and wins at the Twilight and South Whidbey invites. 

Roe hammered down in the spring, earning a state triple in the 800m, 1600m, and 3200m. She placed seventh at the Brooks PR mile and ran a PR of 4:45.97.
