Girls 100mH
Kaylor Harris racing at DeSoto earlier this year.
When: Saturday 3:15 PM (CDT)
Why: You may remember Kaylor Harris as the 2106 NBNO 100m champion or from her leg of the gold medal-winning 4x100m team at the U20 World Championships last summer. The year, Harris picked up a new skill...hurdling. Harris only picked up hurdling back in December, but she's already one of the best in the country. She finished the indoor season ranked Texas No. 1 and U.S. No. 7 in the 60mH. The Mesquite Horn senior also finished fifth at NBNI. Already this year she's thrown down some fast outdoor 100mH times, running 13.80 for U.S. No. 5 all-conditions at the DeSoto Nike Invitational.

However, Harris may have a challenge on her hands from DeSoto's Antoinette Bradley, who's also run sub-14 seconds this year after throwing down a 13.98 to take third at the Lancaster Meet of Champions. Bradley's time from that meet ranks U.S. No. 17 all-conditions.
