Noah Carey had an excellent 2015 season -- he finished fourth at the New York state cross country championships and 51st at NXN 2015. In New York's Class A, he's the fastest returner as Ben Petrella, Aidan Tooker and Donny Glavin have all gone on to continue their running careers in college. Carey has yet to race in 2016, but with PBs of 14:55.93 in the cross country three-mile and 9:11.62 in the 3200m, he is a prime candidate to break into our top 25 this season.
