Josh Hoey is just entering his junior year, but he has already made a name for himself on the national stage. In 2015, Josh took third at the PIAA cross country state championships to two seniors: Jake Brophy, and his only brother, Jaxson Hoey. Josh went on to finish seventh at the NXN Northeast Regional and 72nd at NXN 2015. In his short high school career, Josh has raced some great times and finished well in big meets. Don't be surprised if he sneaks into the top 25 at some point this season.
