Analysis: Last year, Talon Hull finished runner-up at the Utah state meet to Casey Clinger, who went on to win NXN. Later that season, he took third at the Foot Locker West Regional, and qualified for Foot Locker Nationals. Expect to see Hull dominate the state of Utah once again this year as he strives for a better finish at the 2016 national meet.
