Analysis: The Virginia native had several top-10 finishes last year, including a ninth-place finish at The Foot Locker South Regional, which earned him a ticket to the national championship. At Foot Locker Nationals, he finished 39th overall. Although Pratt's personal bests don't stack up as well against other runners in our top 25, we're confident he's one to watch in the 2016 cross country season because of his determination and resilience. Despite suffering from a nine-week respiratory infection, he still qualified for the 2015 Foot Locker National Meet.
