Julie Heymach (Houston Lamar TX)
The 2013 Texas 5A state cross country runner-up Julie Heymach starts her second year of high school at a new school transferring over from Manvel High School to Houston Lamar High School. She brings over with her a lot of stellar credentials from her 9th grade year of success in cross country and track. Heymach clocked a swift 5K PR of 17:36 in the fall and finished 27th at the Foot Locker South Regional. During the track season, Heymach dipped under 5 minutes twice for 1600 meters (4:56 PR) and got down to 10:39 in the 2 mile.
