La Salle Academy (RI)
La Salle Academy of Rhode Island is ohe only team on the watch list who returns an entire top 7 varsity lineup from 2013, but also a reason why they are making the biggest jump from an 8th place NXN Northeast Regional squad to being considered as one of the 10 teams in the nation entering the fall of 2014. Champions at New Englands last year, the La Salle Academy boys developed well over the track season including some young talent (3 underclassmen were in their top 4 last year) such as rising sophomore David Principe to put nearly 5 guys under 9 minutes in the 3K and put nearly the same number under 4:10 in the 1500.
