#4 Carmel (IN) won going away in the Nike Midwest Regional with 66 points and #12 Naperville North (IL) finished 2nd with 125 points. Also, shocker in NY as Saratoga Springs narrowly goes down.

#19 Edina (MN) makes it into the rankings after they took out #22 Wayzata (MN) 106 to 135 at the Nike Heartland Regional as both squads will make it to nationals.
Quietly in the top-10 for a few weeks, Blacksburg (VA) looks poised for big things this weekend at the VA state champs.

Conference, District, Regional and State meets are upon us and teams will begin resting up to compete well at their championship meets before gearing up for the post-season championship meets. However, a few squads are already firing up the furnace for post-season action.
Conference, District, Regional and State meets are upon us and teams will begin resting up to compete well at their championship meets before gearing up for the post-season championship meets. Therefore the rankings haven't changed much this week with the exception of a VERY strong Davis squad moving up to #1 and a few more teams added to the watch list.
