Foot Locker Northeast Regional 2011

Angel Piccirillo enters her senior season as one of the top distance runners in Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. Bursting on the scene as a sophomore - Piccirillo won her first of two indoor state mile titles, first of two outdoor 1600 meter titles and first of two Penn Relays COA titles. So far in her senior year, she has added a second state title in AA cross country, and a Northeast Region title and 2nd Foot Locker Finalist qualifier.

Hannah Oneda extends her dream season by two extra weeks by finishing 6th at FL NE and punching her ticket to San Diego!

Abbey Leonardi earned her 3rd trip to the Footlocker national meet with her 2nd staright runner-up finish in the FL Northeast Regional (18:04) & Madison senior Matt McClintock made it two mainers headed to San Diego in 2 weeks for the National Championship as he finished 6th (15:51)

Angel Piccirillo of Homer Center won the Foot Locker Northeast Regional Championship in 18:01! Meredith Speakman of Boiling Springs (9th) and Tori Gerlach of Pennridge (10th) also qualified for San Diego! Dustin Wilson of Chestnut Hill Academy will represent the PA Boys in San Diego, running 15:50 for 5th! Ann Herman of Pennsbury ran 18:48 to earn the 5th and final qualifying spot for NXN Nationals in Portland!
