In 14:58, Futsum Zeinasellassie dominated this year's Midwest Regional Foot Locker 5K Championship. In 17:08, Molly Seidel proved she's one of the nation's fastest with another PR. Both Seidel of University Lake School and Alexandria Fons of Franklin High School earned the right to compete in the Foot Locker Nationals in San Diego two weeks from now. Way to represent Wisconsin, ladies!
