Matt Johnsen will look to become Lamar University's fourth All America in cross country when he competes at the NCAA Championships in Terre Haute, Ind., on Monday.

The No. 27 Toledo women's cross country team wrapped up the 2010 campaign by earning a 28th-place finish at the NCAA Div. I Women's Cross Country Championship Monday afternoon. TERRE HAUTE, Ind. --- The No. 19 University of Portland earned their sixth consecutive birth in the Cross Country National Championship 10k race in 2010 after their fourth place finish at the West Regional Championship one week ago. For the second year in a row the Pilots came away with a 13th place team finish and were led by sophomore Trevor Dunbar who finished in 25th (30:21) on Monday at the LaVern Gibson Championship Course in Terre Haute, Ind.

Miranda Walker clocked a 6K time of 21:17.9 in Monday's race.

Wake Forest junior cross country runner Anna Nosenko finished in 63rd place at the NCAA Championships Monday afternoon at the LaVern Gibson Championship Course located near the host campus of the meet, Indiana State University.

University of Cincinnati cross country runner Eric Finan (New Richmond, Ohio/New Richmond) placed 60th at the NCAA Championships on Monday, Nov. 22, at the LaVern Gibson Championship Course in Terre Haute, Ind.

Miami University senior Rachel Patterson came six places and three seconds short of earning All-America status but still finished in the top 20 percent of the field as she claimed 46th place at the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championship Monday at a windy LaVern Gibson Championship Course.

The University of Alabama men's cross country team capped another outstanding season with an 11th-place finish at the NCAA Championships Monday afternoon on the LaVern Gibson Championship course. Individually, Julius Bor earned All-America honors for the Crimson Tide with his 35th-place finish in the 10-kilometer race.

Michigan State women's cross country team concluded its 2010 season when it placed 23rd with a score of 481 at the 2010 NCAA Cross Country Championships. This marked the team's 10th consecutive championship appearance, and 12th straight with at least one individual runner. Individually, senior Emily MacLeod once again paced the Spartans with an All-American time of 20:48.1 to place 37th overall.

In just her junior season on the Hilltop, Emily Infeld (University Heights, Ohio/Beaumont) is now a six-time All-American and the 2010 NCAA Division I Runner-Up. On a cloudy day in Terre Haute, Ind., the race was all too familiar as Infeld battled BIG EAST foe Sheila Reid for the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championship individual crown today. A mere 2.3 seconds separated the two as Infeld took second place (20:09.2), leading the Hoyas to a fourth-place finish (167 points) on the LaVern Gibson Championship Course at the Wabash Valley Family Sports Center. The men finished 29th overall with 644 points.
