The event will take place on a brand-new track, completed in the spring of 2024, marking the first season of competition at this venue.

Timer/Entries - Leslie and Bill Smith will serve as the timer and entries should be done via Milesplit.
Meet officials - Ron Wilson (Starter), John Harris, Tim Henderlight
Venue Address - 351 Blvd. of Champions, Williamsburg, KY 40769 (Track is next to middle school on the left)
Admission - There will be a $8.00 admission fee for spectators.
Coaches Meeting: 5:20 (at Start Line)
Field Events - 5:30 - (All events are contested at the track)
Running Events - 6:00
Concessions - Full concessions will be available at the area behind the stands. And a food truck will be offered with tentative menu of Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, Hotdogs and misc. items.
- The Whitley County ROTC will be helping direct the bus when they come onto campus, bus are to drop students off at the Track then park next to the High School.
- Athletes should use the designated entrances to access the track and must not climb over the fence.
- Tents should be set up outside the track on the back stretch. There will be a gate for athletes and coaches to enter the track, but they should remain mindful of other athletes and ongoing events.
- The road on the back side of the track will be closed to all traffic during the meet so all vehicles must enter on the main entrance.
