Admission Fee:  $5.00 per adult,  $2.00 per student   (CASH ONLY)

Entry Limit:  Each team is limited to 3 entries/event (sprint, distance, field) and 1 Relay Team/ Relay event

Timing:  Network Timing, LLC

Schedule:  

    3:45    Coaches Meeting (upon arrival of teams)

    4:00    Field Events will start 

    4:00    4x800 Relay will start

    5:30 or Completion of Field Events,  Running Events will Begin

Discus & Shot PutG

Shot Put and Discus will need to be weighed in at the weigh-in tent, located in the middle of the shot and discus area.

Girls 6 lbs or 2.744 Kg

Boys 8.818 lbs or 4 Kg

Minimum Marks:

Girls Shot-put, 20 ft --- Boys Shot-put, 30 ft

Boys Discus, 75 ft --- Girls Discus, 50 ft

Starting Height:  Boys 4-4 --- Girls 4-0

Awards:  

Team Trophies 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams, each Boys and Girls
