Athletic Director: Patrick Helms
Meet Director: Elijah Brewer

Entries:

Entries are due Saturday, May 3, 2025, at 9:00 pm

  • Entries are limited to 1 relay per team and 3 for each running and field events.

  • Must take all qualifiers that meet the regional qualifying standard for each event. If there are not 16 qualifiers, we will fill the field with non-qualifiers. If there are ties with non-qualifiers, we do not go over 16.

  • Athletes must be entered for the regional meet regardless of time and distance. They are not automatically entered because they have the best time or best throw.

  • Be sure to enter athletes around qualifying marks.

    • For example, if 53.5 qualifies in the boys 400, enter the participants with a time of less than 56 sec.

Late Entries:

The form will be available on the Track & Field Page; must be sent directly to NCHSAA by Monday, May 5, 2025, at 3:00 pm Must be on the late entry form

Bus Parking:

Buses are to park in the lot closest to the baseball field. This is the lot closest to the entrance.

Spectators/Ticketing:

All tickets must be purchased through GoFan (https://gofan.co/app/school/NC1186). Tickets will be sold at the gate.

Team Packet Pickup:

Teams will enter the gate next to the tennis court to get their team. Please have all athletes have any spikes they plan on competing in hand. They will go to the check-in area to check their spikes and get competition wristbands. Athletes can only enter warmup areas or track once spikes are checked.

Spikes:

Pyramid spikes at most must be worn on the track for all events, excluding the javelin and high jump. Athletes whose spikes are found to be too long will not be permitted to compete using those spikes.

Safety:

No headphones, cellphones, or radios will be permitted inside the competition areas to conduct a safe and quality meet for all participants. These devices can present a safety risk for competitors because several events compete simultaneously in the venue. Please inform your athletes that they can only use these items outside the competition areas.
