Meet Information
I wanted to reach out one last time with some more information about our upcoming Invitational this Saturday.
-Parking is limited so please have buses drop your athletes off at the track and leave to park at the school in the upper parking lot. A map is provided as a pdf.
-1 team trophy per gender
-Medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers
-Checks made payable to Trinity High School to the sum total of $200
-Pole vault is not being offered this meet
-9am coaches meeting, 9:30am field events start, 11am running starts. Order of running events and order of field events is listed in the attached meet schedule pdf (minus pole vault).
-Checking in for events will take place behind the 100m dash starting area with the exception of the 200m dash and 300m hurdles which will check in at their staring lines.
-4x100m relay exchange zones are yellow all the way, 4x200m relay exchange zones are red for the first two exchanges and yellow for the last exchange. 4x400m exchange is blue.
-Concession stand is CASH ONLY, please advise your your athletes of this.
-Athletic Trainer will be stationed at the finish line tent.
-There is no entry fee for spectators.
-Team camps should be set up in the grassy area just past the finish line on the outside of the fence. There is a gate there that athletes can use to enter and exit the competition area.
-Restrooms are just next to the concession stand where the blue fence is by the shot put area.
-Lastly discus is in the north west corner of the football field so the western half of the football field is off limits for warming up during discus competition for safety. High jump is on the western side of the field and long jump is on the eastern side of the field by the finish line.
