Meet Information
Before Meet:
Host Schools: Contact HS to ensure everything is ready for meet especially lights and restrooms. Also, reach out to participating schools prior to meet.
Each school needs to bring Field Event equipment and First Aid Kits.
Host School will bring AED Machine.
Day of Meet:
There will NOT be any concessions sold, so arrange to bring snacks and water for your athletes.
Make sure all athletes are properly equipped and clothed for competition and weather.
Meet Begins at 5pm. Coaches meeting begins at 4:45pm or when all schools have arrived.
Host School, follow "Host Script"
Do not skip ANY events unless it is not available.
During Meet:
ONLY COACHES, VOLUNTEERS, MANAGERS, AND CURRENT/ON DECK RUNNERS SHOULD BE ON THE TRACK/FIELD.
NO ONE SHOULD TRACK (run along or chase) RUNNERS WHILE THEY ARE COMPETING. This includes Coaches.
After Meet:
Follow Clean up procedures.
MAKE SURE ALL OF YOUR ATHLETES HAVE LEFT THE PREMISES BEFORE LEAVING.
