Meet Information

Restricted to teams in the Blue Ridge Conference.

We will have video/software timing, but please be prepared to help hand time as a backup if necessary. Athletes need to check in for running events to receive their HIP numbers for ALL running events. We also may need help lining up runners after distance events. 

- No electronics at any event or the infield.  A warning is given and then disqualifications can occur. As a coach or official, please say something to any student in the infield or an event with a phone or headphones/earbuds in.

- When starting commands are given, On your mark, Set, and the gun, athletes are to be still at the set.  They can not be rocking back and forth.

- In relays - if a handoff is in lanes, remind the athlete to stay in their lane until everyone has exchanged

- Pushing (or elbowing) reported by the finish line judge will cause a disqualification.

- Running across the field or on the sidelines is considered pacing.  Please ask athletes and remind all coaches not to do this.

Notes:
(NO OPEN 800)
3 runners per event (sprint and distance)
3 throwers per event. 
ONE relay team may be entered for each event.
3 athletes per jumping event (LJ / TJ / HJ).
We will try to start the meet around 4:15 PM for field events and 4:30 with hurdles, the cost of admission is $5 for adults and $2 for students.
There will be concessions available at the meet
For buses, Please park in the parking lot across from the tennis courts (By the practice soccer field)
We will need coaches to work some field events. Field events will be open pits. Please allow athletes to check out to go to their other events as needed.
There will be a coaches meeting at 4:05 at the Timing System on the field.
