F.A.T. Double Dual: Wallkill Valley / Hopatcong/ Newton 2025

Please register your team and all athletes online. Submit by Wednesday April 15  8 pm 

Please list your athletes in order of rank (top five can score for each team) 

All Runners will be assigned lanes or hip numbers

Teams will be assigned Lanes during Lanes races: 

Wallkill lane 2 (inside), Hopatcong lane 3 (middle), Newton lane 4 (outside)

For F.A.T. to work properly athletes need to be assigned lanes or hip numbers to be timed.

Example:  in the 100m -

Section 1: top sprinters - #1 will be matched with the #1's of the other teams in the first section lanes 2, 3, 4

Lanes 1, 5, 6 will be #2 runners for each team 

Section 2:  Lanes 2, 3, 4 will be #3 runners Lanes 1, 5, 6 will be #4 runners

Section 3: Lanes 2, 3, 4 will be #5 runners

Lanes 1, 5, 6 will be sub-varsity runners - who will listed as "exhibition" - will be timed, but can not score

Section 4: and on will be sub-varsity runners

Results will be F.A.T. times plus throws and jumps will be posted online:  NJMILESPLIT.COM
