All meets hosted by Streetsboro High School will be FAT timed. Registration for meets will be done using Ohio MileSplit.

Ohio MileSplit

It is important to update your entire roster on MileSplit. This makes adding athletes to events easier on the timers end during the meet if necessary. If an athlete isn't already in the database then all that information has to be gathered at the meet causing the meet to slow down. This also ensures that athletes performances correctly get added to an athletes MileSplit performances page which in turn makes it easier for you when registering for other meets on MileSplit.

The registration window for meets will open 1 month prior to the contest at noon and close the day of the contest at 10 am. This allows ample time for the coaches to register their teams which will hopefully limit the amount of scratches and replacements on meet day.

Entries on MileSplit will be hidden until after the registration window closes.

In all events it is important to enter as many seed times/marks as possible. If you do not enter a seed time for an athlete then the meet will be seeded accordingly and no seed times can be added after the meet has been seeded.

After the 10 am registration window closure, the meet will be seeded and uploaded to Live Results. No heat sheets will be printed since all of the necessary information can be found on MileSplit.

Results will be updated throughout the meet utilizing Live Results. Although Live Results is a great tool, all results aren't official until the end of the meet.

Day of meet changes

Registration on MileSplit closes at 10 am the day of the meet. It is encouraged to make any last minute changes before the 10 am deadline. Once the meet has been seeded, only scratches and scratch replaces will be allowed. To perform a scratch replace, let the timer know prior to the event happening. If you are just scratching an athlete then you don't need to do anything.
