Meet Information
Bob Sepulveda Invitational - April 25th, 2025
The Bob Sepulveda Invitational is a State-Qualifying meet. The running events are finals Only. Two relays from each school will be allowed in the 4 x1, 4 x 2. One relay in 4 x 8, medley and 4 x 4. Your A relay will be registered on milesplit and please email me if you plan on running a B relay in the specified races, please include a seed time. In addition, the 100, 200, 400, and 800 will have two entries. All field events along with 100H/110H, 300 H, 1600, and 3200 will have three entries. Our goal is to provide a high level elite style meet. The field events will begin promptly by the schedule provided. The schedule for running events will be run as per the schedule provided. Entries will be done using Milesplit. All entries are due by Thursday, April 24th, 2025 at 8 P.M.. NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED!!!

*Field Events:
-Shot Put, Discus, Javelin- 3 prelims - 3 finals
-Long Jump, Triple Jump- 3 prelims - 3 finals
-Pole Vault starting height: Determined by entries
-High Jump starting height: Determined by entries
-Scratch lines for horizontal jumps and throws will be determined by entries
*NMAA and National Federation rules will apply.
*Coaches Meeting - will begin at 2:15 P.M. in the portable classroom. Scratches for the field events will be made at the event site.
*Weigh-In: 2:15 PM. North track portable, next to the pole vault pad.
*All implements must be marked before they can be thrown in competition.
*In the situation where conflict of events occurs with the entries of an athlete, running events will take precedence over field events. There will be a time limit of 10 minutes when this situation occurs.
*Javelin will be using a 100 track surface runway - 1/4 spikes only
*Awards: 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place Medals
*The awards may be picked up at the awards tent after the conclusion of each event.
*We would appreciate it very much if you would keep your team camps in the east bleachers area and north of reserved seating in the main bleachers.
