Welcome to the 2025 Outdoor Track & Field season meets and SGCHS Stinger Invitational #1 hosted by South Gibson County High School!
We will supply all the blocks. Please do not bring your own blocks to the track or infield.
Please let me know what field event you prefer to help with. We will need all the help we can get. I also plan to have parents help, but please be prepared to work so we can keep the meeting running smoothly.
Some important points to keep in mind:
1. Entry fees are $50.00 per gender/$100.00 per school and payable at the meet. Please make checks payable to SGCHS Track.
2. Events:
- 3:30 p.m. Coaches Meeting (next to the timing tent)
- 3:45 p.m. Boys High Jump begins, followed by Girls High Jump
- 4:00 p.m. All other field events begin:
Boys Discus, girls shot put
Girls Discus, boys shot put
Boys long jump, girls triple jump
Girls long jump, boys triple jump.
- 4:30 p.m. Girls 3200 Meter Relay begins, followed by Boys 3200 Meter Relay (will run together if there are low numbers).
- 5:00 p.m. Remaining running events begin

4x200m relay
1600m run

400m dash

3. Each team may enter 3 student-athletes per individual event and 1 relay team per event
4. Registration closes Sunday, April 13th at 10:00 p.m. CST
