Meet Information
Clever Invitational HS Track Meet
Date: Tuesday April 15th, 2025
Site: Clever HS Track located behind the High School
Entry Fee: $100.00 per boys or girls team, $200 total for both, or $15 per athlete.
*Please bring a check or PO the day of the meet.
Coaches Meeting: 3:15-will be at the AG barn on the side of the parking lot
*Due to only having 1 jump pit, we would like to start the long jump/triple jump right at 3:15*
Registration: We will use MoMileSplit to Register for the meet and we do have a timing system.
Field Events: 3:15 start for the long jump/triple jump; 3:45 for everything else
Running Events: 4:15 PM (Girls/Boys)
Scoring: We plan to score 1st through 8th place on a 10 point system, but this may change depending upon the number of schools that we have.
Entry Limit: 4 events per individual, unlimited athletes per school per running events, 1 relay team per school, and 3 athletes per field events, with the exception of long and triple jump which will only be allowed 2 entries per team.
THROWERS: We are allowing 3 throwers per event, but will also have a minimum mark set. Everyone will get at least 1 throw marked, but after that it will have to get past the minimum mark.
Awards: Medals will be awarded for the top 3 finishers in each event.
Team plaques will be presented to the 1st and 2nd place boys and girls teams.
Concessions: A concession stand will be available at the meet.
Once we receive an acknowledgement of who will be participating, a meet information update will be sent out two weeks before the meet.

We will have a throwers relay at the end of the meet that may include any thrower that is not in any running events.
