This meet is open to middle school and high school athletes, grades 5th - 12th. It can be used as a season finale or as a tune-up for post-season competition.
Entries are made via milestat.
Athletes are allowed 4 events total (including relays and field events.)
Teams are allowed 2 relays ("A" and "B") per event per gender.
We don't have limits on the number of athletes per event so you can choose to enter athletes in all events or load specific events. Each team will be allowed no more than 65 entries per gender. Each team will also be allowed to enter two relay teams per relay race that will not count as part of the 65 entries.
There will be no additions or substitutions on race day.
Each team is responsible for bringing their own starting blocks and relay batons.
Results and fully automatic timing with dual Finish Lynx camera systems through Blue Ridge Timing.
Track: 8 lane rubberized, all-weather track surface
Entry fee: $300 per team; $20 unattached athletes
Payment: Checks may be made payable to St. Sebastian Academy and mailed to the address below or you may bring your check to the meet. Athletes will not be allowed to compete without payment.
Heats: MSG, MSB, HSG, HSB with heats running fast to slow.
