The Jump Games
General Information:
This meet is invite only! You must meet these standards to be considered
- Men 6.7+ HJ, 23.4+ LJ, 47.0+ TJ
- Women 5.6+ HJ, 18.4+ LJ, 38.0+ TJ
This is a new annual meet that will be happening each year at the end of the high school season. This meet will be an invite-only meet against only the top men and women jumpers in the nation.
The meet will be in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. It will take place on Saturday, May 24th.
- Location for the meet will be Greyhound Stadium in Ocean Springs.
The meet fee will be 30$ per athlete - Cash will be brought to Athlete check-in on north side visitor gate prior to the meet start, athletes cannot compete without a paid fee.

9:00 AM - Womens High Jump
9:30 AM - Mens High Jump
10:00 AM - Womens Long Jump
10:45 AM - Mens Long Jump
11:30 AM - Womens Triple Jump
12:15 AM - Mens Triple Jump (Main Event)
Schedule is tentative and will likely be a rolling schedule
What is included?
When your invitation to the meet is sent out via the Os_Coach_Lay Instagram, once an address is provided you will receive a paper copy invitation. As well as a custom bag tag with The Jump Games logo on it and a The Jump Games T-Shirt.
At the meet there will be college coaches from all over the country ranging from NAIA to SEC.
You will also receive an Olympic style player intro with individual PA introduction for each athlete documenting achievements and best marks.
The field size in each event (with the exception of HJ) will be 25 athletes. There will be a 9 athlete re-seeded final 3 jumps, with a total of 6 jumps for the finalists.
Medals and podium showcase will be awarded to the top 3 men and women finishers in each jump. With an individual Champions trophy awarded to the first place finisher in each jump.
An overall male and female Jump Man and Jump Women MVP trophy will be awarded. (Trophy will be shipped after meet to put winners name into the trophy!)
Their will also be a livestream of the event. Link will be posted! As well as milesplit coverage.
Goal
The overall goal of this meet is to try and give field events like the jumps a main stage prime time event. We want this meet to feature the best jumpers in the nation and wanna make this meet a national honor for the athletes competing. This meet can also put all the talk to rest as the winner would be crowned the best jumper in the nation!
