Meet Information
Open to the first six teams to register with a $75 per team ($150 per school boys&Girls). This will be home to the Region 5 AA meet on May 19. The event will take place on a brand-new track, completed in the spring of 2024, marking the first competition at this venue. Please note that the Pole Vault and 300m Hurdles will not be contested. Each team may enter up to two athletes per event or one relay team per event.
Timer/Entries - Tim King will serve as the timer and entries should be done via Milesplit.

Venue Address - 351 Blvd. of Champions, Williamsburg, KY 40769 (Track is next to middle school on the left)
Admission - There will be a 5.00 admission fee for spectators, students will be free.
Coaches Meeting: 5:20
Field Events - 5:30
Running Events - 6:00 (We will follow a rolling schedule to keep the meet moving efficiently.)
Concessions - Full concessions will be available at the area behind the stands. And a food truck will be offered with tentative menu of Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, Hotdogs and misc items.
Meet Guidelines
Each school may enter a maximum of two athletes per event and one relay team per event. All participating schools must have a certified KHSAA representative present, and KHSAA rules will be strictly enforced. No entry additions will be permitted on the day of the meet. All entries must be submitted through MileSplit; hytek rosters will not be accepted.
Additional Information
- Only athletes actively competing in events are allowed in the competition areas.
- All non-athletes or coaches must remain outside the fence area at all times. There are plenty of space on the baseball fields to allow athletes warmups.
- To prevent congestion all athletes must warm up outside the fence. Only three coaches for each team is allowed on the field inside the track. Parents what want to see jumps can watch behind the fence at Long Jump and Triple which will be located by the football scoreboard.
- Athletes should use the designated entrances to access the track and must not climb over the fence. Jumping the fence may result in disqualification from the meet.
- Tents should be set up outside the track on the back stretch. There will be a gate for athletes and coaches to enter the track, but they should remain mindful of other athletes and ongoing events.
- Only coaches can be around Mr. Kings timing trailer to cut down on the congestions.
- Coaches will need to count their athletes laps on the distance events.
