1. DATE: Thursday April 17, 2025 

2. PLACE: Randolph High School

3. TIME: 4:30pm

4. FEE: $30.00/running relay          $30.00/field event relay

8. COMBINED FROSH-SOPH Any combination of Freshmen & Sophomores. This rule applies to all girls

EVENTS: events, all boys field events, and the boys Shuttle Hurdles & Sprint Medley.

9. AWARDS: Medals for places 1 - 6 

10.  LJ/TJ/PV/JAV:    NFHS Rule 6-2-6 has been amended to prohibit athletes from running backwards or in the                                          opposite direction (non-legal direction) during warm-ups on horizontal jumps, pole vault                                            and javelin runways.



ONLINE ENTRY DIRECTIONS

The meet will be pre-seeded and we will not use cards for the RUNNING EVENTS. Please enter an accurate seed time for each race/relay you enter and the athletes you expect to run on the race/relay.

 Labels will be preprinted for FIELD EVENTS and then affixed to a card when the athlete checks in..  In order for your field athlete to have a label, you must enter him/her in the event.

When you fill in the athletes for each event you are creating your TEAM ROSTER. Make sure you enter all the names of athletes competing that day. NO ATHLETES WILL BE ADDED THE DAY OF THE MEET. CHANGES ONLY.



A. Make sure every Frosh-Soph traveling on the bus is entered in the meet.  

B. Click off any 3 names for each field event relay you wish to create. This will generate the fees for the invoice. 

C. 
Entering a running relay creates the invoice.  We need the names to create a Team Roster.  Once we have all your names, in all the events entered your entry is complete. 

D. If you have pre-entered a running relay lineup, you will not be bound to only those names listed. A substitute must be entered in the meet in some other event.

E. Do not put extra athletes in the Field Event Relays. Every athlete entered will cost you $10.00. Ex You want to enter the SP Relay with 1 team.  Just enter 3 names, if you are not sure about who will be throwing on that day, put the extra athletes in a running event so that they are on your roster.  If you are entering 2 teams, you must enter 6 names.
