This will be a practice meet and give your team a realistic environment to compete. Races will not be timed. You will time your own student/athletes.
Since this is a practice meet, there will be no entry fee.

Please do all scratches and adds on Milesplit up until deadline. No adds at the meet.
Coaches Meeting is at 3:30 with LJ and TJ starting at 3:45.
All other field events will begin at 4:00 and we will try to start the 3200m relay at 4:15.
