Valley Stream Challenge 2025

We
look forward to hosting you and your team at the 20^th Annual Valley
Stream Challenge Invitational Track & Field Meet! 17 of 20 years we've
hosted the meet, we've seen rain, snow, wind... so why should this year be any
different!

We
are ON tomorrow, RAIN or SHINE! Here are some coaches notes for tomorrow:

Upon
arrival, please pick up your coach's packet from the pressbox. Packets are by
school, not by gender.

There
will be 3 stickers for each kid you entered in the meet in your packet.

         For all Running events, clerking will be VERBAL.
Each athlete will need a sticker to clerk in.

         For all RELAY events, please place 4 stickers
on an index card, along with school, event and seed time.

         For all Field events, stickers are NOT NEEDED,
as these events have been preseeded.

Also
in your packet is your team roster of kids you entered. Each kid was assigned a
competitor number unique to this meet. If for any reason, they are missing a
sticker, have them report to the clerk with their number. I will have blank
stickers if you need.

If
they are NOT on the roster in your packet, you did not enter them and they are
NOT IN THE MEET.

Bus
Parking

in the large lot on the other side of the school. PLEASE NO BUSES in the small
lot closest to the track.

Tents - tents are
allowed behind the main bleachers. Do NOT put tents in softball outfield. There
is some wind gusts expected, so be sure to spike down the tents. NO TENTS IN
THE BLEACHERS tomorrow due to wind.

No
Access to Gym - Unfortunately, the school building if OFF-LIMITS to
students. Your kids may NOT use the gym, even if it's raining. Sorry!

Bathrooms - There are
outdoor portable bathrooms on the side of the gym. Coaches and Officials may
use the gym lobby bathrooms. Just walk around to the front of the building and
knock on the gym lobby doors and the security will let you in.

Timing - timing will
be done by elitefeats, live results will be available as we go. Unseeded
sections will NOT be timed! See below.
