Jamboree Track Meet
$60 fee per school, make checks out to Dyersburg High School, We cannot accept cash.
Checks will be collected at the coaches meeting that will be held at the timing tent (30 mins before field events start). Field events are expected to start at 4:30pm
Timer will be used to provide official times for athletes. No relay and hurdle events. Max entry for running events will be 4 athletes, 5 for throwers. Jumping events will remain at 3 so we can manage time.
Order of events will be posted as we get closer to the Track Meet. Dyersburg HS recently got new turf and their will be BIG push on minimal traffic on the football field. The football field will be only used for athletes warming up for an event that is about to be executed. Absolutely no food will be allowed on the field. Any athletes that get into altercations will be immediately disqualified and told to leave. Coaches please keep your athletes in the stands, there will be assigned sections for each school. I will do my best to have those identified before the day of the track meet.
Schools will be expected to assist with events, so once you have registered for the meet, please text me (931-220-7771) with the events you would like to help with.
