H.F. Stevens Eagles MS Meet FULL 2025

Coaches Meeting/Scratches: The scratch meeting will

take place in the middle of the field, at 4:00pm. All heat and lane assignments

will be scratch only, no additions.

Timing: Coaches will oversee times for their

athletes.

Divisions: We will have 4 divisions: 7th Girls, and

8th Girls, plus 7th Boys and 8th Boys.

Cost: $400 for coed teams. If just bringing 1 gender

$200 (ex. Boys only, Girls only).

Girls Track & Field. We will NOT be accepting checks at the meet.

Payments and entries must be submitted no later than Friday, February 21^st.

Awards: Awards for top 3 in each heat per division.

Entries: 4 max entries per athlete, 3 max entries per

school per event for 7th and 8th. For relays, you may only enter one relay team

for 7th and 8th.

Camps: Campsites will be permitted on the right side

Home stands, excluding the concession stand area.Athletes may also use the visitor side stands

to the east. Left side of Home side stands will be used for spectators only.

Participants and coaches will be allowed to enter the track. The football field

will be used for warm-up only. No team camps on the field.

Concession: A concession stand will be available to

athletes and fans.

*Depending on our show of volunteers, we may need coaches

from competing schools to help work events. *
