Entry Limits: Each team is limited to 3 entries in Sprints, 5 entries in the Distance, and 4 entries in the Field Events
The open 100m Dash and Open 800m Run are unlimited
Each team is limited to 1 relay team per relay event.

4:00 Coaches Meeting
4x800m Relay will be run during the Field Events
4:15 Field Events will begin
4:30 Non-scoring open unlimited 100m Dash and 800m Run will be contested during the Field Events.
5:00 Running Events will begin.
