A competitor shall not compete in more than four events, including relays
A contestant shall not be entered in more than four events, excluding relays. If a contestant is entered in more that the allowable number of events, meet management shall scratch the contestant from the excess event(s) by following the listed order of events
Contestant may officially enter:
Four individual events: no relays
Three individual events: may be listed on any number of relays, but compete in only one relay
Two individual events: may be listed on any number of relays, but compete in only two relays
One individual event: may be listed on any number of relays, but compete on only three relays
Zero individual events: may be listed on any number of relays, but compete on only three relays
Meet entries will be completed at http://pa.milesplit.com/. Coaches must enter events online. Once all entries have been processed, all coaches will be emailed a meet program to review.
Each school is allowed a maximum of four (4) entries per individual event.
Each school is allowed one (1) entry per relay event. A maximum of six (6) athletes may be listed per relay. Please note that being entered as an alternate on a relay does not count towards an athletes maximum participation of four (4) events All relays must submit a relay card upon arrival at the check-in tent that reflects four (4) athletes entered to ensure accurate results.
Scratch Rule. This is a no scratch meet. Coaches may not make any substitutions or changes in events after the meet program has been made available to coaches. An athlete may be scratched during the coaches meeting at no penalty on the day of the meet, though no substitutions will be accepted. An athlete who must scratch from an event after the coaches meeting is not eligible to compete in any subsequent events in the meet. Earlier performances will stand.
Team Scoring will be determined based upon the number of entered schools.
Coach Volunteers: Each boys and girls team will be asked to provide one (1) coach to help with the running of an event. (The meet director will share a specific list of duties broken down by school in a separate document.)
Opening heights:
Pole vault will be 5 for girls and 6 for boys.
High jump will be 4 for girls and 4 10 for boys.
As per FSL rules, in the event there are nine (9) athletes or less in either of the SP, LJ, TJ then there will be no finals and each athlete will receive four (4) attempts.
Tickets: All coaches and athletes will be required to wear a wristband provided at packet pick up.
All events in the Ott Center will be ticketed events and will require the purchase of a general admission for all non-athletes and non-team personnel.
Tickets can be purchased prior to arrival through the pennathletics.com ticketing website.
Tickets will be available for sale at 10:00 am the Monday before the event.
Spikes: Athletes may use 1/4 pyramid spikes only. All spikes in the Ott Center will be checked prior to competition.

Implements and Equipment: Each school is encouraged to bring and use their own pole and shot. Athletes may ask to borrow an implement if needed. All implements must be measured and approved at the check-in tent prior to competition.
No outside equipment from the teams or officials will be allowed in the facility. This includes but is not limited to the following:
Starting blocks
Measuring equipment
Tape measures
Training equipment
Flags
Megaphones
Cones
Public Transportation:
SEPTA Regional Rail: The Penn Medicine University City Station is the closest SEPTA Regional Rail stop to the Ott Center, located just a short walk away. This station is serviced by the Airport, Wilmington/Newark, and Media/Elwyn lines, providing a direct connection from various areas, including 30th Street Station, Center City, the Philadelphia International Airport, and the suburbs.
SEPTA Market-Frankford Line: The 30th Street Station is the nearest stop on the Market-Frankford Line (MFL), Philadelphias primary east-west subway line. From 30th Street Station, it is about a 10-15 minute walk to the Ott Center. The MFL operates frequently and connects riders to major transit hubs, including the 69th Street Transportation Center and Frankford Transportation Center.
SEPTA Trolley Lines: Trolley Routes 11, 13, 34, and 36 serve the UPenn area, with the nearest stop being the 33rd Street and Spruce Street stop. From there, its a brief walk to the Ott Center.
Bus Routes: Several bus routes serve the University City area, including Routes 21, 42, and 40, which have stops near the Ott Center. These routes connect the UPenn campus to other neighborhoods across Philadelphia, providing convenient access for visitors.
Drop-off/pick up location for team buses: There is no bus access permitted onto River Fields Drive, via University Avenue, to access the Ott Center.
All team buses should drop-off and pick-up athletes and coaches on 33rd Street in front of Weightman Hall (235 S. 33rd Street). From that location, athletes and coaches can walk down South Street along Franklin Field, cross South Street at Convention Avenue, and continue down South Street to the Hollenback Center stairwell to access the Ott Center.
Team buses can also drop-off and pick-up athletes and coaches via the annual Penn Relays loop at Penn Park. Heading east on Chestnut Street, take a right onto 31st Street, and a left onto Lower Walnut Street by the Penn Park lot. From that location, athletes and coaches can walk through Penn Park and across the Weave Bridge by the outdoor tennis courts to the Hollenback lot to access the Ott Center.
After drop-off buses can make a left onto Lower 30th Street, a left onto Ludlow Street, and a right onto 31st Street to exit onto Market Street.
Buses must vacate 33rd Street and Lower Walnut Street after drop-off. There is no available bus parking along 33rd Street or Lower Walnut Street during the evening.
Parking for individual vehicles:
Parking lots 29 (Hollenback) & 33 (River Fields) near the Ott Center are available for non-Penn permit holder parking beginning after 2:00 PM on weekdays on a first-come, first-serve basis. If parking space is available, users must pay for a parking pass at the parking kiosk located at the Hollenback building or the main Meiklejohn Stadium entrance. Parking tickets will be issued for those without a valid parking pass.
Parking passes will be issued to officials from the meet director of each meet.
A limited amount of accessible parking will be available for track and field meets in the Hollenback parking lot and River Fields parking lot for those in need.
A Persons with Disability Parking Placard, via hanging tag or license plate, is required to park in those designated spaces.
Patrons must pay for a parking pass at the parking kiosk located at the Hollenback Center or the main Meiklejohn Stadium entrance. Parking tickets will be issued for those without a valid parking pass.
Additional parking during this time slot is available at the Penn Museum Garage at South Street & Convention Avenue and Penn Park lot at 31st and Lower Walnut Streets.
