Inaugural The Bay Invitational Track & Field Meet 2025

We are excited to extend an invitation to your teams to participate in the INAUGURAL The Bay Invitational on Saturday, April 12, 2025 at Carvers Bay Early College and Career High School.We will be providing a luncheon for all coaches and meet officials.

 The entry fee is $80.00 for boys or girls teams,$150.00 for both boys and girls teams or $10.00 per individual. Your entry feeis due by Wednesday, April 9, 2025 to reserve your place. Online entries must bereceived by Wednesday, April 9, 2025. 

Failure to send in an entry fee willresult in your entries being deleted from the meet. All entry fees alongwith the Entry Notification Form located at the bottom of this page should be mailed to Carvers Bay High School, C/O Michelle Joseph at the address below. 

Make checks payable to "Carvers Bay Early College and Career High School" and add The Bay Invitational in the memo. Inaugural The Bay Invitational Track & Field Meet Information April 12, 2025 Host: Cavers Bay Early College and CareerHigh School Track & FieldProgram Location: 13002 Choppee Road, HemingwaySouth Carolina 29554

Entry Limits: Each team is permitted to enterthree (3) athletes per individual event and one (1) relay team per relay event.

Check-In: Team packets will be available onlineat scrunners.com. Substitutions may be made with the Clerk of Course or the Field Event Judge, as long as no one violates the participation rule, which limitsathletes to four events. 

Equipment: The wearing of spikes longer than1/4" will result in disqualification from that event. Starting blocks will be provided. (please bring your own poles)

Rules: All National Federation rules will bestrictly enforced. A contestant shall not compete in more than four events.Rules concerning uniforms will be enforced. The top 8 places in each event willbe scored. 

Awards: Awards will be given to the top twoteams in both the Boys and Girls Divisions. Medals will be awarded to the top three places in each event.

An admission fee of $10.00 will be charged forspectators.Concessions: A variety of items will beavailable all day at our concession stand and various food trucks will be available on site.

Lunch: A complimentary luncheon for coaches& meet officials will be provided. Tickets will be distributed. This luncheon is for coaches& meet officials only so please do not give tickets to parents or athletes. Entriesmust be submitted on-line with SCRunners.
