Dear Track & Field Coach:

We are looking forward to hosting your school at the 2025 Alexander Jr. High Invitational Meet

on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 @ 4:00 p.m. The meet will be held at Brookhaven High School in Brookhaven, MS.

The meet will consist of boys and girls. The entry fee is $200 per team ($100 girls/$100 boys).

Winning teams will be awarded trophies, with individual Ribbons being presented to the first three places in each event. Due to budget cuts, the first-place winner in each event will not be receiving t-shirts, only ribbons!

Each team may enter two (2) participants in every event except for relay events. One team for

relay events. Only 3 Jumps/Throws in Field Events.

 Pole Vault will not be contested!

Concession stands will be available for all teams. Teams must set up in the designated

area of the home bleachers and warm-ups will be on the visitor's side of the football field. Discus and Shot Put event will be held on the practice field. You will exit the northeast gate to get to

the practice field.

The hospitality room will be available for coaches and officials in the field house meeting room.

Timing System will be used to dictate winners.

If you will be running a little late, we will go ahead and begin field events and your athletes can jump in once you arrive.
