General Meet Information

Cost of Admission will be $5 for adults and $3 for students. Go fan and cash at the gate will be options for purchasing tickets. Concessions will be provided.

All shots and Disc will be weighed in behind the scoreboard on the far side end zone, outside the throwing areas. All field events will be three attempts. A two attempt final will take place ONLY if there is a tie between athletes.

Shot Put weights

Boys- 4K       Girls- 6lb

Disc weight

1K for Boys and Girls

High Jump

Girls starting height- 4'

Boys starting height- 4'-6"

Hurdle heights

100H Girls- 30" Boys- 33"

300H Girls/Boys- 30"

 

Meet Schedule

The meet will be run as close to the below schedule as possible. There is always the chance that we get ahead/ behind our schedule, so it should be used solely as a guide. All running events will be girls followed by boys.

 

Coaches Meeting, Warmups- 3:00

- Shot and Disc weigh in, Long Jump and High Jump preparation

1st round Field Events- 3:30

-Boys Shot/ Girls Discus/ Girls Long Jump/ Boys High Jump

3200m- 3:45

2nd round Field Events- 4:30

-Boys Discus/ Girls Shot Put/ Boys Long Jump/ Girls High Jump

Triple Jump- 5:30

-During Triple Jump, 4x100 relay practice and Field Event awards

Running Events (Girls/Boys)- 6:30

-4x100m- 6:30

-1600m- 6:50

-100m Hurdles- 7:30

-400m- 8:00

-100m- 8:30

-800m 8:50

-200m- 9:30

-300m Hurdles-9:50

-4x400 Relay- 10:10
