Start Times: Coaches Meeting: 3:00PM
Field Events begin at 3:30PM
Track Events begin at 4:00PM
Equipment: If your team wears spikes, please make sure they are quarter inch spikes for all running and field events. Blocks will be provided. Relay teams must provide their own baton and field events must bring their own implements. Officials will be present.
FAT Timing System: FinishLynx with Live Results
Concessions: Food, drinks, and snacks will be available for purchase.
T-shirts will be available for purchase.
Cost: $100 per team entry fee; $200 combined entry fee (both boys and girls)

Entry Procedure: Maximum 3 athletes per event per school in all track and field events
Seeding Deadline: Tuesday, April 29, 2025 11PM
Scratches must be made at the coaches meeting the day of the meet.
No additions or switching of athletes will be allowed the day of the meet or after the seeding deadline.
ORDER OF EVENTS
FIELD EVENTS: Field Events will begin at 3:30PM. Please bring your own implements. Implements are not provided.
3:30PM: Boys Long Jump Open Pit
Girls Shot Put (two flights) followed immediately by Boys Shot Put (two flights)
Boys Discus (two flights) followed immediately by Girls Discus (two flights)
Girls High Jump & Boys High Jump
4:45PM: Girls Long Jump Open Pit
6:00PM: Boys & Girls Triple Jump Open Pit
1. Athletes should check in to the event 15 minutes prior to the start of the event.
2. Long Jump will be an open pit/area for 60 Minutes. Athletes will have that window to complete their 3 jumps. *The long jump is based on a 60 minute window, however, if all athletes have completed their jumps before the 60 minutes allotted, the time for the girls long jump will be moved up. Athletes and coaches are responsible for listening to the PA system for announcements about the start of a field event.
3. The high jump will run like a regular meet. Athletes need to report and check into the high jump on time or they will be scratched. The bar will be set 2 inches below the lowest seed, but not under 3'8".
4. Triple jump will start after the girls long jump. There will be a 15 minute run through allowed before competition starts. Boy and girl triple jumpers will have an open pit for 60 minutes. We offer a 20', 24', and 32' triple jump board.
5. The Boys and Girls Shot Put and Discus will be done in two flights for both the boys and girls. The best flight will throw last. There will be a warm up period before each flight starts. Please bring your own implements, they will not be provided.
TRACK EVENTS: Track Events begin at 4:00 (Girls followed by boys)
We will work on a rolling schedule. Here are approximate times:
4:00PM- 3200m Relay
4:30PM- 100m Hurdles
4:45PM- 100m Dash
5:30PM- 1600m Run
6:00PM- 400m Relay
6:30PM- 400m Dash
7:00PM- 800m Run
7:30PM- 200m Dash
8:15PM- 1600m Relay
